What is Airless Wheel?

Airless wheels kit is a new best friend for your board, no more PU wheels, with 105mm airless wheels, you’ll be free to cruise the streets without worrying about cracks and bumps, a smooth ride you’ve never had before.

105mm Big Diameter

Designed to perform in the toughest terrain, the increased diameter gives you a new level of confidence across larger cracks, even train and tram tracks. Don’t be timid – go straight down these tracks.

The 70a durometer rubber provides a comfortable and smooth ride. The wheels are soft enough to give you an extra cushion but strong enough to maintain thousands of miles of durability. The circular sidewalls enhance the smoothness of the ride, reduce chipping and facilitate side-slope climbing.

Maximum shock absorption

The Airless Wheels use hollow pouring technology, a custom rubber pouring process, and we have designed 28 hollow pockets on each wheel’s inner surface. These pockets provide extra space for soft rubber to bend and compress in the contours and bumps on the road surface, making the ride unusually smooth and keeping the wheels in contact even on the most rugged roads.
