Warranty Claim

If you have any questions about BOUNDMOTOR electric skateboards, payment methods, or delivery options, give us a shout. We LOVE talking about electric skateboards and we’re happy to answer any questions you have about our products. If you have a general inquiry you can fill out the form below and we’ll get back to you asap.

We warranty our products to be free of manufacturing defects for 180-days from the date of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, wheel, or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or misuse.

  1. Please do not open the battery box or any part because if it happens, we cannot figure out if it is because of the manufacturing defect or the improper assembly. Once you do, you will no longer be covered by the warranty.
  2. Please note that we have to receive the video proof about the product problems so that we can process the tech support. Only video proof(not photo) could work which is very important for us to figure out the component defections and ask for a refund from our suppliers.
