Octopus Deck Kit

Its a perfect deck for 4wd and 12s5p setup.
The ground clearance without red spacer and with 100mm street wheel is 47mm

I brought this board to test the weight limit. I'm 280lbs and it passed the test since May 2022. The deck is very stiff and strong as heck. I think they need to update their information about this deck. Also, turning on this deck is super sensitive. The W-concave/flat-concave does improve your performance if you are racing. This board is awesome! I will buy again! Respect! I hope you do a carbon fiber deck for this kit. I will love you!

I am so glad that Boundmotor recommended me to go with this deck and 12S8P enclosure for my new board. Dropdown deck is sexy as heck and it locks both of my feet in place. That low rider feel makes riding so much more stable and its deck is long and wide enough to comfortably stand on when going for a long ride session. This is one of the best deck I ever had on the board and also looking attractive as well. Make your board look sexy by going with Octopus deck for your build!

I can easily fit two 12s4p battery in still have a space for my VESC.

The enclosure is a pain in the butt, need to do lots of drills and holes to fit my own DIY electronics, for the price its a decent product but definitely could use some tweaks. The grip tape comes loose and doesn't seem to have much adhesion so you need to fix it yourself, the enclosure "could" be easier to put on, but once you get it down it's not too hard.

Very nice Octopus deck and 12S 8P enclosure. The enclosure is super strong and has a nice finish. Our Client will love it. The griptape was not adhered near the ends of the deck but this is a minor problem.

Awesome board and enclosure. Better than expected.

The deck is great, the grip tape was put on wrong. The enclosure is well built, stacked cells won’t fit hit wise (12s6p 18650). If you’re using a flipsky or boundmotor vesc/controller it will fit, if you’re using anything else it won’t. The original deck that I ordered was delayed. Waited and waited. Then it was discontinued. Then they offered me this deck so I took it. The original deck and enclosure I ordered would have fit my battery and vesc just fine but this one I will have to modify just for it to work. The overall build of the deck and enclosure is great but won’t fit what I need.

I got the octopus dropdown deck and I like the design and the feel of the deck, but when it arrived the grip tape wasn't properly attached to the deck I still can't fix it without destroying the griptape. But except this issue, the enclosure is nicely designed but it needs wider holes for motors wires. But overhall really nice deck!

I am impressed by everything Boundmotor has had to offer me thus far . so I am predicting that my board (once recieved) will be Awesome asf .

All in all. This deck has great shape and the prefect amount of flex. My only issues with it aren't the deck itself, but the enclosure and wood inserts. My enclosure and wood inserts ootb did not work well. Some new hardware and diy has it all working better now though.
I would definitely recommend this deck for DIY builds!

This deck is HUGE and very comfortable for long rides and bumpy roads. The only issue I’ve encountered is with the battery case. The decks isn’t completely stiff so when I first stepped on the board I heard some nasty cracking sounds. I messed with the screws so the the sound is a lot less apparent, but for the price that you pay for these boards, the cracking issue needs to be fixed.
